This book deserves its 5 stars simply because it present yet more easy, quick ways to eat extremely healthily. There is nothing 'faddish' about the recipes; all the food is delicious and just the sort of thing I love! When I went on the F2 diet in January this year, by February I had lost 10lbs without even trying - I certainly didn't go hungry; I just ate lots of fruit, veg, beans, lentils, etc; etc; Delicious! However, it's easy to stray (I did!) and this book is a great encouragement back into a healthy and sustainable way of eating. I hope it sells well. ( I also recommend all of Rose Eliott's cookbooks - they seem to operate along very similar principles, and even if you're not a complete vegetarian, her recipes are delicious enough to enjoy on 'meat-free' days).
