This is a VERY funny book, which manages, without being too contrived, to say lots about men and the way we view the world. My wife tells me the bits about women are also pretty accurate, so there's much to recommend if you need guidance on the ways of the opposite sex.
Which all sounds very worthy, which is not at all how this book is set up. Through the story of a guy getting his life on track, Matt Dunn creates situations which will be familiar to most of us, piles jokes on top of one liners and leaves you wanting to know how it all turns out for all concerned.
Not great literature, but excellent entertainment
