This is a pretty good deal (maybe even a steal!) if you're looking for Charlie Poole recordings. Most of this appears to be in chronological order and you'll find a lot of the fiddle tunes, plus some of the extended ramblers' recordings, including a few from Roy Harvey. I would say that I still like the the (more expensive) You Ain't Talkin to Me set better because it's an amazing introduction to the "life and times" of Charlie Poole and a complement of music styles from his era and region, as well as some older cylinder stuff he probably learned from. This collection here, Essential Charlie Poole, is the one to get if you want CP's stuff, plus the great Flyin Clouds, Ragtime Annie, Richmond Square stuff, which I think is just as essential Ramblers' material as the rest, without buying the county records releases. (apologies to county)
Now, some of the recordings aren't the quality you get on You Ain't Talkin to Me, but you can make due perfectly well with these recordings, especially if you're used to the scratch of old records already.
