Amazon Verified Purchase
I feel cheated. The advert states 'The English Civil War - Complete Series'. It is the complete series - 4 episodes at 28 minutes each!! This item cost £26.99. I think £6.99 would be more appropriate. In addition, the editing in epsiode 3 is amateurish. The words are out of synch with the lip movements which is very off-putting. The navigation menus don't work properly either.

I had read the book by Tristam Hunt and thought it was really interesting, this DVD is presented by him and goes through all the key points, bringing it all to life on the screen. Classic BBC programming, really great stuff. Will be a shame if BBC4 finally has its plugged pulled
