I was first introduced to Jane Alexander's writing through her YA fiction, which is sadly missing from Amazon. I had no idea she was producing nonfiction until recently. This book reaches through to the essence behind all existence. The author clearly knows what she is talking about.
This is a book that will make an immediate difference in your life from the first day you start working with it. The techniques are quite doable, with a firm basis in both eastern and western disciplines. The secret of existence is that everything is made out of energy, and this book offers practical advice in how you can work with that energy for the betterment of your own life.
I can't wait to see where Ms. Alexander goes from here.
