I really love Dr Fuhrlman's books as they are full of sensible advice about nutrition. Every book brings a little more information than the last one and even more recipes. Well worth reading.

Hands down the best book I have ever read on food choices, and I have read most of them. Within 6 weeks our lives and health have transformed. We now really have a lifestyle of healthy choices, no hunger, and are getting better results in both our health and decreasing body fat than ever before.

I was a bit sceptical when I first got this book, but I started out with the mentality of most people with "I want to lose weight, what little work can I do?"
However, after a few pages this book got me excited. It offered me a new way of eating, an exciting new style of eating that made me eager to begin. Only a few small changes are needed. It offers other peoples stories of health and weight loss. It also offers an insight to EVERY healthy benefit behind good foods. So you don't find yourself wondering "Well I know vegetables are good for me, so what?", this book answers everything!
