I think the book has some revelatory nuggets regarding the origins of western and eastern tradition. It gets heavy on tablet naming often using the two names to describe the one person. Characters drift from actual people to deity status e.g. Marduk! and clarity gets lost, this being more down to the writing style than tablet translation.
The final chapters do not confirm any definite dates but only re-iterate previous dates as previously fortold! a disapointing read compared to the 12thPlanet.

All of these books you must read. It cxertainly enlightens you to the world we live in and I have to admit I am inclined to go along with what this guy has to say.
