Bought this as a gift for my niece and this was her exact response after reading it.

My boys and I really enjoyed this exciting book. They could both identify with Max and his trusty lightsabre and the temptations of the enchanted library. The book had a great choice of font which made the book even more readable and the illustrations were fab.

The Enchanted Library pressed all the right buttons. It was exciting, entertaining, and also a great way to stress the thrill of reading. The character Max was refreshing and the book was inclusive of all children. In this day and age, that is a welcome thing to see. I'd like to read more by this author. Can I request an Enchanted Library Book 2 and 3 as well? More, please.

Written with real understanding.
As a `child' looking not many years ahead to retirement, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and loved the way it kept the reader puzzled, yet engaged, to the very last page. Read more
