5.0 out of 5 stars Something for everyone 8 Jan 2004
Format:Audio CD
This album is one that offers something for everyone. There are up tempo and thoughtful, slow tracks to which you can drift away.
The offerings respond to the entire range of emotions from the insistent broodiness of "I'm Alone" to the love in "Capture your heart" which was a hit for the first Blue. The title track is easy to listen to and belies its theme of waiting around in airports for another "red-eye" flight. Love songs are well represented by "Tired of loving you" and "Capture your heart" and the "Shepherd" has a timeless mystical feeling about it. All in all it's an interesting compilation of tunes and lyrics and it is a shame that it is difficult to find these days.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Only 'Blue' Magic 17 May 2013
Format:MP3 Download
went to see leo sayer at green's playhouse, glasgow in 1978ish, where blue were fronting, they played four of five tracks but 'bring back the love' and 'another night time flight' absolutely blue me away. went out and bought the (vinyl) album the next day and still have it though a bit worn now. that night they got a local standing ovation before leo came on. still a great great album, just a pity they didn't keep going. gg, Alexandria, Scotland.

There are no words to say just how great this L.P. is.
Bought in '77, still played every Friday/Saturday night (now 2012).

5.0 out of 5 stars Blue's first rocket records album 20 May 2011
By James Chisholm - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
Originally released on Rocket Records in 1977, this strong pop/rock outing was produced by Elton John and Clive Franks. Elton actually plays on several songs and supplies background vocals! This album contains the minor hit "Capture your heart".
Another Night Time Flight
The Shepard
Strange Thing
Bring Back The Love
I'm Alone
Tired Of loving You
Capture Your Heart
I Understand
Don't Wanna Make You Cry**. Bonus cut recorded in the early 80's power pop at it's best (taken from the cd L A session.
This album should have been a big hit but at least now with it's rerelease we can enjoy this lost gem!
