This is a very beautifully filmed set of DVD's which will be looked at by myself time and time again and is a constant reminder of how beautiful our Country is. My grandchildren already wish to explore places they have seen on film and I trust will delight in the experience of visiting all the marvellous scenic views and wildlife.

This Dvd is superb, especially to people like me who have moved to other countries - a voluntary exile!! The filming is out of this world and I confess to shedding a tear or two or three etc. Will be a very welcome addition to my collection.

AS I say I was pleased enough with the pictures but I would have
liked Sub-titles being rather deaf, the music tended to drown the
voice talking.

The picture quality on the first of the 2 DVDs is at the edge of acceptance/non acceptance. The second DVD is much better. Read more

Doesn't do justice to the subject matter
Potentially a great idea for a DVD but let down by the standard of photography. Filmed from helicopters, (and micro-lites I guess), it suffers from camera shake at times and poor... Read more

Great!
Visuals are excellent and information is very interesting. Not as good as the programme 'Coast' but is still a very good series.Well worth buying.

Older footage than the release date would suggest
Very good scenery and views of Scotland however, this was not filmed in 2008. This has obviously been re-released from the mid 1990's rather than re-filmed. Read more
