As someone with several decades of walking experience and using different guides this is not one I would recommend. If you are after day walks then maybe this is the book for you. However, if you want to check out specific refuges in this nation park, plan a multi-day trek, travel by public transport or get a good overview of how to link the different areas of this region then this is definitely NOT the book for you. It has no index, so once you have read about something it is hard to find it again. The book provides the most limited information on getting to different valleys if you don't have a car and compared with other books in the Cicerone series we find Kev Renolds' books extremely un-userfriendly. By contrast the Cicerone guides by Allan Hartley have proved much easier to navigate and to be recommended. However, a word of advise. Whatever guide you buy, order a 1:50:000 or 1:25000 map at the same time as without it, anyone planning more than a day walk will struggle.
