This book was assigned as the text for PhD class in the economics of educaiton. While the translation and writing style is clearly European, the book has some very applicable information for education finance in any country.
The book methodically examines the supply, demand and other key economic principles and how these apply in the education sector.It includes a good discussion on human capital theory, the ROI of educational expenditures and persistence between generations of learners.
This is a high-level book that would be useful for any graduate level education finance or economics course.
