All the massage routines have been selected because they help overcome common problems caused by modern lifestyles, such as neck and shoulder tension.
About the Author
Clare Harris has been qualified in massage and aromatherapy for ten years. For six of those years she ran her own accredited school of massage and aromatherapy in Bath. She has worked for several years as an external practical examiner for the Complementary Therapies College of Wales.

I found the Easy Massage book very good, very easy to follow. With nice clear pictures, to guide you though each massage technique.

I found this book to be very easy to follow and a pretty comprehensive guide to massage, covering all aspects of massage and explaining with very nice illustrations all the various massage techniques. I found it to be a very inexpensive hard copy book to complement my Kindle Version of - Massage : Basic Massage Techniques for Health and Relaxation (Natural Health Remedies) and my Aromatherapy Home Course - Aromatherapy Guide - Basic Aromatherapy & Essential Oils (Natural Health Remedies). The book covers everything you need to know about Massage in a very clear and easy to follow way.

A basic but easy to follow book for those of us who have no idea how to massage. Previously I just rubbed how and where I thought I was meant to but hopefully this book will give me some guidance on different techniques and has good sections on performing massages on different parts of the body. My wife always appreciates my massages (when she can convince me to give her one) but hopefully this book will improve my technique further. Hopefully she'll have a flick through the book too!

Easy to read step by step Massage
We go and get massages on a regular schedule yet for the in between times its nice that we can give each other a massage to get the aches and pains out.
