A very thorough, easy to understand and practical guide to Ho'oponopono, the Hawaiian spiritual practice. More focused on the practice than Zero Limits by Jo Vitale (which I also own and enjoyed reading.) The two books complement each other.
There are very few books in English on Ho'oponopono and cleaning, so a must have for the library. You can also see Mabel Katz on Youtube, to get a flavour of her style.
She has just got through to the final round of the Next Spiritual Author competition so hopefully we will see more of her accessible books in the future.

This is such a simply written boook - it is totally accessible and clear.
Ho'oponopono is said to come from another galaxy, and personally I am sure that is right: in my experience we humans don't do things simply, and this is the simplest way I have ever come across for thorough cleaning and healing. And Ms Katz tells it so simply, I can only recommend it from the heart!

If you are looking for more info on the Ho'oponopono way then this is a fairly good guide. What is not covered although mentioned is the underlying belief in Aliens, personally I like my information complete and unguarded, but it was an interesting read. I prefer Ernest Holmes Science of Mind approach.
