Born in 1964 William Powell is the acknowledged expert on Cricket Grounds in the United Kingdom and is an avid club player. He is a member of M.C.C. and various C.C.C.'s A regular visitor to the grounds included in this book this edition has been updated and expanded to include all venues used for ECB matches in 2003. This is his 18th book on cricket. He lives in Deal.
