I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and have just downloaded another book by James W Hall.
As for The Drop Off, I loved it. This is pure escapism, you will have to suspend belief to enjoy. Great characters, very pacy.
Overall I think that this is a great idea by Patrick Quinlan to get people interested in his books at a very good price. I hope that other authors follow suit regarding their older books.
