If you are new to the divine office and are finding it difficult to learn then this is a must have book, it takes you though step by step, it also gives a quiz after each stage so when you have learned a particular section and passed the test you can then continue to the next stage, this allows you to go at your own pace. It also gives background and a brief history of the divine office throughout the book, i found this book simple and easy to follow and a big help.

This is an excellent guide to what originally was confusing to me. Not only is it very clear, it also provides a self check thus enabling you to double check what you have just read, understood and learnt. An excellent buy.

Excellent resource. It was clearly written with depth and authority, but still made the Divine Office accessible. It seems to have enough detail to satisfy a complete novice to someone with deeper questions. The manner of delivery was very encouraging and supportive. Highly recommended.
