Dr Phil Clements is also Programme Area Leader at the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth, and the author of a number of Kogan Page titles including The Equal Opportunities Handbook, A Practical Guide to Faciliation Skill s and Be Positive.
