This book is short, yet informative. The bare essentials are covered here including your body's natural weapons, vital targets of the attacker's body and practical techniques applying this information. For those that already have an understanding of self defence or a martial art this book will not provide them with new advanced techniques. However for those that don't have this already existing knowledge, the dirty dozen provides simple but effective techniques to use in a self defence situation.
On a critical note there could be more, clearer and newer photographs showing how the techniques should be applied.
