A clear and logical format, easy to read. This book presents the role of a director from a practical rather than academic viewpoint. It is concise and to the point in its treatment of introductory company law, directors' duties, corporate governance and securties regulation. I use this book to supplement mainstream company law and corporate governance texts, while preparing material for my lectures. I found it to be of good value for money.
