The best thing about this book is that Maxwell writes quite simply! for what you might think would be a business based book from a business leadership "expert" is actually very warm and involving and down to earth! In this book the writer helps you decode your perception of attitude and addresses how you might have come to some very simple yet destructive conclusions about your life. Using examples and very short stories, quotes and view points Maxwell gives the reader the insight to simply ask the question "could I really be doing this and if so how do I change?" Not leaving it there he follows through to describe how controlling your attitude helps focus your ambition and in general generate more positive results. I would say if your looking for a book to increase hope and faith in your dreams, help you achieve them and just overall perk you and your view of the world up then buy this book. But I must say one thing when you have read it you must! make sure someone you know who needs it! gets it!

A really good book if you're looking for something along the self development, inspirational, motivational lines... full of little highlighted learning prompts to refresh your memory when flicking back through (well I did once I'd read it!).
