The Diet Doctors Inside and Out is a very good diet and nutrition book. It has everything you would ever need to know. Nutritionist Wendy Denning and Doctor Vicki Edgson have written a fantastic book which includes everything from self-diagnosises to food guides to weight loss. There are chapters which tell you about your body shape and what thi means and the best way to loose weight, pages on E-numbers, pages on good foods and bad foods, advise, pages where you can look at your tongue, fingernails etc to see what the condition of them means - there is no subject or questions about your health and diet that you will not find the answers to in this book.
This is the perfect diet and nutrition book, it has my highest reccomendations, especially to fans of the Diet Doctors Tv Programme.

This is both a diet and a lifestyle program, which really can compete with Gillian McKeith's book. It is more balanced, better researched and may help you more. Of course, no single book can be everything for everyone. I found some of the advice a little bit difficult to follow, although in general the writing style is very good and even entertaining. The "two doctors" are very knowledgeable and this is reflected in the book. I am sure that you will learn a lot out of it. I would highly recommend pairing it with "your scientific diet" for maximum results both in the short and long term. The two doctors provide numerous self-diagnostic tools and cases in order to get full understanding about your overall condition and problematic areas. I found this part of the book very interesting and valuable. In conclusion, I think that this is one of the very few diet and nutrition books that every health conscious or obese person must have and often refer to.

Iv just recently purchased this book.Found it brilliant,tells tou all sorts of interesting articles about everything you can think of, tells you how to get test kits for allergys etc, the signs of vitamin and mineral deficency and what supplements to take,.i had been considering botox, but taking a omega 3 supplement with evening primrose oil my lines are much less noticable.Great book if you are at all concerned about your health,its a must.
