An excellent book, easy to read with commonsense explanations for the issues raised. Delightful recipes to provide interesting variation to the diet. So popular all the members of my family have now bought their own copy.

This book has been a God send. It is a must for anyone who suffers with diabetes. Thanks to the advise in this book my mum's insulin has been reduced by 95%. It's no joke. It takes determination & will power to follow but once you get used to it & see the results you will never go back. Cannot recommend it enough.

I bought this book after a friend recommended it - it is simple to understand and makes sense! There are recipes in the back that are tasty and simple to prepare. A good book to start making changes to your diet without having to follow lots and lots of rules - this book has made a difference to the way I eat and I have seen positive changes.
