I bought this book about 18 months ago and never looked back. The intro and guidlines are so simple and clear, the charts at the front are such a quick and easy reference for things you can and can't have. Recipes are easy to prepare which are great for the times you get in late, and most of all I never felt deprived.
This book is so inspirational that even after i finished my detox I continue to cook from it and have adapted some of the recipes. Recipes are so good no one will lknow they are eating a 'detox' meal.
i also bought one for my mum and my brother and his wife bought one also - buy it, you won't regret it

Great book. Written by a nutritionist and previous staffer at Gourmet Traveller Australia.
There is a large range of recipes to suit all tastes and you do lose weight and feel better after a couple of weeks; just through eating.

I would have given it 5 stars, but feel the book could do more to explain how to continue with a healthy diet post detox.

I have started a different Detox Plan but I didn't have enough recipes so I decided to get this. The pictures are great but for me, in a small town, some of the recipes are unrealistic. Our local Grocery store doesn't carry duck and lamb and a lot of other ingredients. But it did give me some idea's of what I could cook on my own. Also the book is in metric so you may have to get out your conversion table.

I have tried all kinds of health books to try and lose weight and to reduce the symptoms of my allergies. Since following the detox program in this book I have lost weight and my sinus congestion has cleared completely. I'm so amazed.

Additionally, I have so much more energy that I don't feel sleepy during the day and I haven't had any sugar cravings for weeks.

You have to get this book and do the detox - I urge you!
