Absolutely nothing to date has been published in Italian on the Desert Air Force used from North Africa to the entire country of Italy between 1943 and 1945. This text, sliding beauty, covers a hole, even if I have to translate it from English, however, the review reflects the content of the text.
No problem post so that the book is Gunto with a slight advance. Recommended to all who will approach the topic.

My Dad was in the raf in the desert, and so many accounts of the war in north africa deal mainly with the military actions. This book redresses the ommissions as far as the desert air force is concerned. It mentions my dad's squadron (he was ground crew), and all the movements to and fro he mentioned in his diary i could follow in the book. A great read.
