I have a friend who is benefiting greatly from this book, but for myself I found it to be too basic. I have a major chronic depression accompanied by PTSD and have had many years in therapy, where she has never tackled her problems before, and that's what I think the difference is. So if you are looking for a good workbook to help you start on your recovery, I would reccommend it, but for those of us with a really bad case, I would say there's not enough "meat" in it. Well written, good exercises for the beginner.
