There are so many diets out there and one has to find the one that suits you. This is the one for me. Easy and self explanatory and you really do lose weight fast. I feel that this one will let me change my lifestyle and that I can eat this way for the rest of my time. Well written and easily written and not in medical speak.
The books is split into sections that explains the diet and all the related research behind it. The diet itself is explained what you need to eat so you can either choose your own foods from the specified lists or just follow the menus. It also looks at maintenance and foods from different cultures. It really is a lifestyle change book.

I loved this book. I lost about 2st in 1 month (2 cycles). I didn't find it difficult; it was all about the routine. However, I plateaued on cycle 3 and shortly afterwards went off the plan altogether. I think my let down was breaking the routine. I went on holidays. Best to start this diet when you don't have plans for breaks or events or big nights out on the horizon. I reckon if i had gotten to the end of cycle 4 I would be laughing now. Very informative and easy to follow diet. Everyone I shared it with loved it.
I bought this being very hopefull. Worked really well for a week. After 4 weeks of no results I had to give it up. I lose weight with much difficulty for other health reasons so for a healthy person this might be a great solution. Not for me. You have to take a chance on things like this and find what works for you. One size does not fit all... I gave this 2 star because of my own experience, not because it is rubbish. Decide for yourself at the end of the day. Your experience will be different to mine.
