Most Helpful Customer Reviews

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful By F. E. Swapp on 3 Sep 2010
Format: Paperback
"The tenement on fire in a waning moon night... Men holding out blanket for Maggie to jump down to...." The book keeps you looking for more, a tragedy, a love story, with love lost and found. In one section I found that one minute I was in tears with laughter, and the next second in tears of sorrow. I would definitely recommend this. I couldn't put it down.

The Darkness of Dreams is a real page-turner. So vivid and true to life. The characters became like real people to me and I felt I was there with them through all their good and bad times. A must read!

Unputdownable - what a marvellous story, kept me hooked to the end! Pamela Gaull has the storytellers gift, I wish her every good luck in the future. Betty Clark - Aberdeen.
