i really like this figure even with the loose shoulder joints it is a great looking figure nicely poseable with a nice fabric cape and a clear stand to pose batman in a flying pose and some people may say that it cant stand on its own without the stand but it can i would definitely recomend this figure to any batman fan.

This is an exact replica of the dark knight from the movies. Fully articulate to pose in what ever stance you want the detail on the armour is superb. Nice little touch with the material for the cape. Head sculpt is a very good likeness of Christian bale. With hands to interchange for different poses and batman's grapnell and emp gun, it's very hard to fault this product.
One note to watch for do not expect the arms to go over the head they will just pop off but are easily placed back in.

Great model with incredible adjustment of limbs - including the ability to change the hands to assist with holding different weapons/tools. Slightly smaller than expected though.

Looks great, but disappointing overall 23 July 2013
By Marc Buy - Published on Amazon.com
Verified Purchase Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
PROS: EXCELLENT sculpt and paint apps. Very detailed -- things likes tread patterns on the sole of his boots, different gadgets and canisters on his belt (even a Bat cell phone), and a carbon-fiber looking pattern on some of the armor pieces. Face sculpt is terrific as well. Overall, great-looking figure. 5 stars just on the sculpt and paint.

Articulation is also excellent, and does not detract from the look of the sculpt. Batman's armored looks makes most of the joints look fairly seamless, with the possible exception of the hip joints. HOWEVER, see more below on the joint quality.

Also includes a decent amount of extra accessories, such as extra hands, grapple gun, EMP rifle, and a display stand.

CONS: Unfortunately, the joints are WAY, way too loose. The shoulders, which are on ball joints, pop out at the slightest movement. They can be put back in easily enough, but one would expect a figure to develop this kind of looseness after lots of handling, not fresh from the box. Also the toe joint needs to be more stiff so that the figure doesn't fall over. In fact, Batman cannot stand at all, unless he is attached to his display base. Sure, you can probably fix all the joint looseness with some clear nail polish or super glue, but you shouldn't have to do that with a new figure.

Although articulation is great, the poor joint quality pretty much negates this since it can't keep a lot of poses due to the lack of friction and appendages popping out. And he's useless without his stand.

It's a great-looking figure, but the looseness of the joints makes this a major disappointment. If I had the chance, I would not buy the figure again.

Almost there, Medicom! 14 Mar. 2014
By Nuker - Published on Amazon.com

This particular figure was sort of a "sophomore" release for Medicom from their new MAFEX line, following of course their much sought after and now very expensive Amazing Spider-man figure. What we have here is a figure that had all the makings of an almost "perfect" 6in. action figure but, essentially, fell short. Now, I cannot compare this Batman to that Spider-man because I never purchased the Spider-man, so I have no basis for comparison. This figure will simply be judged on its own merits.
THE GOOD: First and foremost the amount of articulation is astounding. All the necessary joints are there that collectors have come to expect from their modern action figures. You can get him into just about any pose. In fact, the articulation is so good (particularly in the neck) that he can be put on to Mattel's Movie Masters Batpod better than their own Movie Masters Batman. I will not run down the particulars of the articulation, because odds are if you are reading this review you know that there are many YouTube videos that you could search up to get the full run down of joint specs, if you are so inclined to do so. The sculpting is clean and detailed. There is very little paint apps, but what is there is done very sharply. He is also packaged with two weapons (grapnel gun and EMP rifle), a posing stand, and extra posing hands. And the long cloth cape drapes well over the figure.

THE BAD: Sadly though, its biggest strength is its greatest weakness. Yes, this figure has an incredible amount of articulation, but some of it is executed so poorly that it essentially gives super-articulated figures a bad rap. Namely, the shortcomings fall under loose joints. My figure's major problems lie in the shoulders, the "upper ab" joint, the hips, and the toes. First, the shoulder assembly has a tendency to just POP OFF without warning. The shoulder socket is so shallow that it does not grip the shoulder ball well at all, which leads to the arms basically just falling off while you are trying to pose it. The upper ab joint is very loose on mine, which causes his entire upper torso to just bobble from side to side. The ball/socket hips are a little loose but, thankfully, only a little. The pin/disc ankles on mine are very loose which is always frustrating. And worst of all, the toe articulation is so loose that it renders them absolutely useless. With all these problems I am actually surprised I was able to get him to stand at all.
Another shortcoming might be the obvious absence of Batarang accessories. And we thought Mattel was bad with this! I don't know what is up with all these manufacturers of Batman figures, but I have more Batman figures than I do Batarangs! They really should be packing like 10 of those per figure!
The cloth cape is a nice touch but is attached rather oddly to the figure so it bunches up at the neck in an unflattering manner.

FINAL THOUGHTS: I paid under $35 for this figure. That is decent for an import. That is also why this figure passed with 3 stars. Had I originally paid the MSRP for this figure I would have easily given it a 2 or even 1star rating. There is too much wrong with this figures joints to merit paying $50 or above for this figure. Plus he is still too light on accessories at that price point for my taste. Most other companies of this caliber could have pulled off way more at the original price than this figure did.
If you are thinking of purchasing one of these figures try your best to score him for under $35 if you can. I think word of mouth concerning the quality issues is what has kept this figure's cost down, and his availability more widespread. That should be a clue if you are thinking of purchasing him.
In the end, I am glad I have this figure, but I am going to have to resort to having to fix some of the problematic joints myself to fully enjoy him. And I should not have to do that for $35 or more!

The Best Dark Knight Figure Yet 2 July 2013
By Fadzil - Published on Amazon.com
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
This Figure is Awesome. Great articulation, great sculpt, even comes with a good stand.
Gonna be straight to the point, the pros and cons.

Cons:
The Packaging - I ordered it on my local dealer and pick it up myself, had to choose between two, picked the nicer one which of course the most "brand new" looking. I was so happy to get it in that condition with the wonder what happened to the other one as theres alot of shelf wear looking. After which I went out for the whole day with the figure on hand in a plastic bag and as i got back home, I found some dents and shelf wear looking at some of the corners/tips of the packaging, was abit dissappointed with it at first but to think of it, I'm gonna take the figure out of the packaging anyways, so whats the point, put it aside, dont want to see it anymore.

Loose Joints - The Joints, esply the arms, torso and hips, always pop out whenever you try to move him around but this is not a big complain, as to me this is just a part where you will get irritated for awhile but once you get used to it, you will never stop posing him around, like I did :D

No Batarangs - Well, it is what it is.

No wire in the Cloth Cape - Another "not a big complain" as this is just something that could make it better, thats all. The cloth cape is a light material and you can pose him around with caped over or even take the stand and clip on the cape, make it look like wind blowing or just plain old sch, take a fan, small or big ones, and fan it on him while posing him ;)

Pros:

Everything that is not mentioned ;)
This figure is just so awesome that I will never get tired of posing him around.
I spend hours taking photos of him, and I didnt even realised I took that long to do a simple photoshoot of him but yea, it happened ;P

Overall :
To me, it could be better, yea true, must admit it but hell damn, this is much more better than those crappy Mattel Movie Masters.
If youre looking for an Awesome Dark Knight figure at 6" scale then this is the one to pick up.
If you have the Play Arts kai, I will recommend to pick this one up too as its similar in some ways but a smaller version with more likeness to the movie.
Batman fan or DC fans and of course, TDK Trilogy Fans have to pick this guy, one of my favourite figure of all time.

Recommended for all Collectors!
