Format:Mass Market Paperback
As a long time fan of the Dragonlance saga, I looked forward to learning more about the mysterious sea-elves. I had just completed the book Kagonesti, and assumed the Dargonesti would give me insight into the life and history of this race of elves. Alas, this book deals only with the granddoughter of Kith-Kanan and her encounter with a band of sea-elves ruled by a mad queen. This group of elves have detached themselves from the rest of the species, and te queen's delisuions of grandeur encompasses them all. To me this book was a great dissappointment. If you'r looking to learn more about the sea-elves, don't by this book. It is abvious that this band is not representative of the species. For those of us who want to learn more about their history, we'll just have to wait for better times.

this book is one for action loving DL fans. although it's a little hard to get into, once you reach about page 100, you'll probally experiance problems putting it down.

A nicely written book!

A nicely written book. I goes into detail about who and what the Dragonesti are. It does not go into alot of their daily life, but it does show alot about them. I recommend this book to anyone who is a true fan of DragonLance.

I was deeply impressed with this work. I was literally riveted to each and every word. Not once in this book did I see the next bend in the road. Every time you think you have a good bead on what is gonna happen next, BAM!. You become dead wrong. This work was more than fascinating!
