This book is filled with great and tasty recipes aimed specifically towards those who wish to fast the right way. The introductory chapters offer the guidelines on how and when to fast, according to the bible and church teachings. I really appreciated this spiritual connection to the foods presented in the book. So far, I’ve tried about 30 recipes so far, and I loved each of the foods.

The recipes are well presented, and the instructions detailed enough to be easy to follow. The foods are grouped by meal, which makes it easy to find the perfect meal to make. There is also a great chapter on natural juices. I like to get my daily rations of fruits and vegetables in the form of a smoothie or shake, so I found this to be a terrific bonus chapter. And the juices are super tasty too.

I really liked the recipes in here. The ingredients are definitely very healthy, just as the book's title & description promised.
I've already made a few of these recipes myself, and I can say first hand that they are delicious!
Even better, I do feel more alert, clear, healthy & in-touch after eating these for a day.
This book includes 100 of these recipes, so I can't wait to try the rest out. It also goes over a few topics on weight loss, health, fasting, vegetarianism and more.
Overall, I definitely recommend this book.
