Difficult to get into at first for me, but then the book seemed to open up to answer my questions. I guess there will always be critics, but, `if we always do what we have always done, then we always get what we always get', this book shows us a path to cleaning our bodies of the parasites, toxins and pollutants that our society seems to think are good for us. These toxins, parasites and pollutants appear, to me, to be one of the underlying causes of the bodies' disease (Dis Ease). Dr Clark's book offers us a choice to try something new, looking after our inner world (our bodies). It's up to us if we choose to say we are not prepared to give up `dairy, wheat, oats, or whatever' in an attempt to heal our bodies of the damage many processed foods and environmental toxins cause.
