like the other reviews above i was to kinda disappointed when i got this because of a few things one bening that some transcriptions are wrong just like heaven descending melody is played on the wrong string and the the wrong frets and there is no piano solo arranged for guitar and the chords for the 12 string should played like so A E B D AND NOT A B A B the bass is right friday i'm in love agian the same thing the transcription is played with a capo at fret 1 making so in the key of f# but the sound is off robert smith live plays the song without a capo but it work both ways as far as the others songs there ok transcriptions but not 100% accurate apart from lullaby and boys don't cry i would think hard before buying look at live fooatge of the cure to learn it the right way or for finger reference ponint the song in this book are as follows

boys don't cry
aforest
let's go to bed
the walk

I know Friday I'm In Love was a hit but I just can't stand a happy Robert Smith. Spot on though.

2.0 out of 5 stars CRAP FEST 24 Mar 2012
By ACustomer - Published on Amazon.com
I love The Cure. However I love the dark Cure. This book is a disgrace. With the accept ion of A Forest and The Walk it contains all of their really poppy stuff. Where's the greats from 17 seconds, Faith, Pornography, and even Head on the Door? Sure there are a couple here and there from some of those albums but not the really good songs. It's a matter of taste I suppose. If you're a fan of the dark trilogy like myself then I do not recommend this book. If you like their pop stuff then this is the book for you.
