Synopsis
Series 1
Roy and Moss toil in the squalid basement of a huge company, fielding IT help desk calls. Roy has a lousy attitude coupled with an eye for the ladies, while Moss is dressed by his mother and has an aerosol can of water clipped to his belt with which to spray his ear when it gets hot. Into their life of `users`, pizza, science fiction and firewalls comes middle manager Jen, a punky can-do career gal who doesn`t know one end of laptop from the other.

The IT Crowd strikes back in the second series of the Bafta - Nominated comedy from Graham Linehan (Father Ted, Black Books). Hook up with geeks Roy (Chris O`Dowd) and Moss (Richard Ayoade) plus relationship manager Jen (Katherine Parkinson) as they embark on a whole new level of adventures, including a trip to the gayest musical ever, an appearance on Dragon`s Den, and a run-in with a German cannibal. With stellar cast that includes Chris Morris, Noel Fielding and Matt Berry, The It Crowd version 2.0 is easy to install, bug free and, above all, relentlessly funny.

brilliant writing and comedy, if you like black books and similiar series this has the same spontanius laugh out loud hilarity, very amusing and a great cast.
Only caught a couple of episodes on the tv so thought I would buy this set. Glad I did, very funny. Episode 1 of the second series is by far the best episode when they visit the theatre to watch the musical "Gay" I would highly recommend this DVD set.
If dry, nerdy humour does it for you then you can't get better than this. You don't have to be an IT expert (though it doesn't hurt sometimes) to get the comedy, but for those who work, or have worked, in IT, the humour is almost painful due to how close to reality it often comes. In the first series I quite liked Jen, but by series 2, Moss is by far and away my favourite. Bring on series 3.

fun for the fans
Well if you like the series, of course it's great!
My (pensioner) parents got it as a gift, and as my dad works in IT, they loved it.

One Of The Best Comedies Of 2009
Brilliant comedy about three individuals who work in an IT department, episode one of series 2 is one of the funniest shows ive ever watched!

An often overlooked gem
I think it may take a couple of episodes to really get into it but once you do, the comedy situations and dialogue is truly superb.

Another classic from the Linehan stable
This is one of those series that can be watched again and again. Very funny. If you liked Father Ted then I'm sure you'll love this.
