About the Author

She is on the faculty of Dominican University s Graduate Business School, teaches creativity and business workshops internationally, and has taught at leading learning centres and global corporations.

From the moment I opened the package,I was hooked by the beauty of the book.Colourful,intelligent and absolutely packed with new ideas.Her great skill is in asking questions which make connections between the right and left brains,so that the reader discovers ideas they never knew they had.The encouragement to use whatever methods appeal to you such as drawing,doodling,brainstorming with wonderful personal examples from the author's own business can set your natural creativity free from the constraints of logical rightbrained business thinking.

A different way of viewing where to go in your working life. Won't appeal to everyone - seems aimed at those who already work in a creative environment and perhaps want to branch out on their own.

Although on first appearance this book seems lively, it is one of the dullest books I have read on this subject, the constant repeating of itself is ridiculous and the so called 'visual journal exercises' are poorly explained and boring to look at.
As the book constantly refers to the reader as 'creatives' I find it a shame that the book itself is not more 'creative' in it's layout, exercises and prompts.

Different approach
Starts off creative then continues to repeat that theme throughout the rest of the chapters. The book is aimed at the artistic rather than the business end of the market.
