4.0 out of 5 stars Very fun, enjoyable. 2 Jan 2001
By A Customer
Format:Mass Market Paperback
I have loved Catherine Coulter's novels for many years, and I was looking forward to this one. The mystery of King Edward's lamp gave the novel a wonderful magic, and suspense, while Helen and Spencer's relationship was very fun to read! I fell in love with Helen's romantic father, and the story of a rake and a beautiful giant was entertaining! My only disappointment was that, compared to some of the author's other characters, Helen and Spencer's personalities were not as clear.

I have been a fan of Catherine Coulter for many years now. I love her sense of humour, her characters and their bawdy romps! Easy reading that will make you smile!

5.0 out of 5 stars How to catch a lord... 3 Jan 2001
By A Customer
Format:Mass Market Paperback
this is a lovely story of a tall heroin, who sets out to reach her goal. telling you more about it would spoil your reading because of some twists that account for the suspense. It was a refreshing outset after all the deinty *little* heroins I read about lately. It is a witty hot romance, where lot of treasures and unknown lands have to be travelled and found ;-) This book made me search for her backlist.
