This is the best self help book on how to get most out of your life that I have ever read. I had tears in my eyes on page 2 and tears falling down my cheeks on page 12. You don't get false promises or pseudo science here. Written by a psychologist, it gives you a very good understanding of why people don't feel happy and what is most important, it gives you guidelines on how to change it, based on sound research. You don't get the lame 'Think positive and change your life in 7 days' promise. Instead you get exercises you should be doing to break the cycle of unhappiness and get the most out of your life. Forget
