Product Description

Product Description

Based on my own personal experiences, I have tried to create a lightly comedic, compact visitors guide to the places my family and I have visited in Cornwall.

The book is not designed to be the only guide you will ever need, merely an appreciation of the beautiful towns to be found in this wonderful part of the world.

My first hope is that it will encourage those who have not yet taken the step of enjoying Cornwall to make some plans to do so.
But also, to those who have already visited Cornwall and have enjoyed it as much as I have, it will hopefully bring back to mind memories of holidays past and sustain you until your next visit!

If i have entertained or informed you please, please, please leave a review for me!

More About the Author

The Cornish Coast A Travellers Tale was my first Kindle work.

As such I am so keen to hear back from you in the form of reviews!

For years I have had a "book inside me", like many people have; I was just looking for a way to release it.

For "The Cornish Coast A Travellers Tale" I drew inspiration from family holidays and combined it with a bit of a travel guide.
The resulting work is intended to be a lighthearted account of the joys of holidays with the family>

Its a personal account and as such I found it very easy to write...I just hope that the enjoyable times we experienced as a family have transposed themselves effectively into my book.

Writing is not my full time profession; nor part time really...just spare time.
A wife, four children and a full time job keep me busy.

At some point in the day I eat and occasionally grab some sleep.

Ian Gessey

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Amazing! 10 Oct 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
I really enjoyed this book, which made me want to visit the places described in it over and over again!
The information provided is extremely useful and comprehensive, but at the same time sufficiently terse and straight-to-the-point. The stories told here are fascinating and captivating reader's mind, whereas we could vividly imagine some legendary figures like King Arthur and Merlin inhabiting that place. Pictures, on the other hand, are breathtaking.
However, I believe that in reality if we see those views, they will be so picturesque that we would not even be able to say anything at all.
In fact, this is a book you will definitely relish and either keep or use as an accompanying travel guide while visiting this marvellous land.
Compliments to the author on his talent.

I found this book such a pleasure to read, it made me laugh, as it reminded me of the trials and tribulations of going on a family holiday. Also It's full of information concerning the best views, where to stay, where to eat, interesting facts and history, plus web links so that you can find out more. I love Cornwall, I have been to some of the more well known places, this book has enlightened me to places that I may not have considered, plus places that I had not heard of.
