The best Wicked Cool 6 Jun 2011
By Frank G. Wetteroth - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD Verified Purchase
This Vol.3 The Coolest Songs in the World is THE best from Little Steven. I listen to Little Steven's Underground Garage constantly on Satellite radio, so when I hear a cool song from a group I don't know I usually buy it. On the Vol. 3 there isn't a bad tune. "Walking with a Ghost" by Tegan and Sara is one of my favs, but there are so many more great tunes. For example, The Insomniacs knocked me out with their tune "Maryanne LightlY". And there are many more songs to enjoy by The Fleshtones, The Supersuckers, and Killer Barbies.
What great CD...Buy It.

An Excellent Collection of Songs 24 April 2010
By Eric Mayforth - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD Verified Purchase
Little Steven's Underground Garage has been one of the foremost vehicles to allow the general public to partake of the garage rock revival of the past decade. This CD contains 16 of the songs that host Steven Van Zandt has dubbed "The Coolest Songs in the World" during the show's run, and the liner notes were written by Little Steven himself. And the songs ARE really cool--great old school garage rock. Think of it as a Nuggets album of the early twenty-first century. If you love the Underground Garage, you'll love this CD.
