I loved this book. It is a somewhat unusual format, well written funny, poignant or downright creepy short stories interspersed by an autobiographical account of Lee's life that brought him to writing & the incidents that gave a starting point for the stories. Lee has a real gift for setting the scene & creating an atmosphere. The stories border on that fine line where absurd meets could just be real & the account of his life will strike a chord with anyone who finds themselves looking back at the last forty years & wondering what the hell happened. It will certainly make you look twice at any regular drivers who deliver to your house & wonder if you come across as that odd...! I eagerly await his next book & I hope this one gets published in paperback as I certainly want to read it again & my partner got a bit cheesed off at constantly having to hand over his i-phone for three days.

My husband enjoyed the book. It was very lighthearted and easy reading, as he is a delivery driver he thought it was a bit fanciful!

rubbish

what a waste of my time and money, just a load of made up stories of people who don`t exist, not even funny,

I was hoping for a real life story rather than a series of made up stories interspersed by a small amount of real life

not what you think it will be

this book is of made up storys and not about true life, read about 5 chapters then binned it, the worst book i have ever tried to read, how people give it 5 star's is beyond me
