Being a relativly new convert to the art of cooking, I had not got any of the Rhodes around Britain trilogy. When I saw this I had to get it and I was not dissapointed.
All the bells and whistles of most cookbooks have been removed, gone are the pretty pictures of how others say the meals should look, what's left are over 450 recipes that are clearly explained and orgainised.
Anyone who has not got any Gary Rhodes books, or only the more recent titles should get this book. If it's good food and good inspiration your after, then look no further.
