I absolutely love all three of the pregnancy workouts in this boxset (I haven't tried the fourth dvd yet as it's a post-natal workout and I'm only 5 months pregnant at present). The yoga dvd is good, quite gentle but working my muscles enough to feel it. The cardio dvd is great, very upbeat and brisk-paced, it's a bit more demanding and definitely gets me out of puff. I also really enjoyed the pilates dvd, I feel my muscles are working hard and it's great knowing I'm not doing any exercises which could harm my unborn child. I would highly recommend this set to all pregnant women. I love it!

I have done the three prenatal DVDs so far in this set (not ready for the postnatal yet!), and it's really good! I wouldn't say that any of them are beyond my fitness level, which I guess is exactly what you want from pregnancy workouts. I normally work out 3-5 times a week, running, doing pilates or strength training. I want to keep in shape and push myself a bit in my pregnancy, but not to over-exert myself. The 'fitness' DVD is perhaps a little easy for me, much to my surprise, as another reviewer had said that it's difficult and that they go to the gym 4-6 times a week. I found it easy, but not too terribly easy. Sometimes Erin O'Brien is a little corny, but I kind of like it. It makes me smile. The pilates DVD gets my butt burning, which I like, and I do quite a lot of pilates normally. The yoga DVD is pretty relaxing, but it isn't just lying around either. It does poses which work your thighs and upper body. All three of the DVDs feature women who are themselves heavily pregnant, which gives confidence that you're doing workouts which are safe and healthy. One of these 40-minute workouts a day plus a brisk 1-hour walk and I'll feel like I'm fighting fit.

Right now I'm not convinced..... I may well come back and update, but I bought this primarily for the Pilates, which I tried this morning. The ab work is all done on your back (15 minutes flat on your back as your pregnancy progresses just isn't comfortable), plus incorporates a lot of stomach crunch type manoeuvres, which as far as I can make out, really are not recommended due to separation of the abdominal muscles. Plus they are not necessary to build abdominal strength in pregnancy - the muscles that really need to be worked are not the ones that get worked during crunches. The leg work is better, but I would much prefer to switch sides with each exercise, not spend half the session on one leg, then the other half on the other - my muscles got extremely tight and tired and I actually had to stop and wait for the DVD to move onto the second leg. I'm sure that will improve as my strength improves though. Having done Pilates in a class I was a little concerned at how fast the instructor moves; I just didn't bother trying to keep up with her,but instead moved slowly and really focused on my form - I think there is a high risk of a lot of these exercises being done incorrectly unless you have a basic understanding of Pilates. Anyhow,we shall see what the other DVDs are like, but so far, not terribly impressed and may well send this back.

I thought these were amazing and ideal. I'm 5 months at the moment . I come from a dance background and I teach dance fitness classes. I stopped teaching when I got pregnant because of the high ins entity of my classes. I found these DVDs the right pace for a pregnant woman. The exercises were really great and left me feeling good afterwards. Definitely a must buy !!

I love doing these DVD's. They have helped me keep moving and stopped my back from becoming sore. Best part is not having to try and find bump suitable gym clothes, you can workout in your pi's.
