I have done the three prenatal DVDs so far in this set (not ready for the postnatal yet!), and it's really good! I wouldn't say that any of them are beyond my fitness level, which I guess is exactly what you want from pregnancy workouts. I normally work out 3-5 times a week, running, doing pilates or strength training. I want to keep in shape and push myself a bit in my pregnancy, but not to over-exert myself. The 'fitness' DVD is perhaps a little easy for me, much to my surprise, as another reviewer had said that it's difficult and that they go to the gym 4-6 times a week. I found it easy, but not too terribly easy. Sometimes Erin O'Brien is a little corny, but I kind of like it. It makes me smile. The pilates DVD gets my butt burning, which I like, and I do quite a lot of pilates normally. The yoga DVD is pretty relaxing, but it isn't just lying around either. It does poses which work your thighs and upper body. All three of the DVDs feature women who are themselves heavily pregnant, which gives confidence that you're doing workouts which are safe and healthy. One of these 40-minute workouts a day plus a brisk 1-hour walk and I'll feel like I'm fighting fit.
