This is the ultimate in Traditional Jewish Cooking. If you are to buy only one book on this subject make it this one - it's the alternative bible. From kneidlach to kuchen and back again - recipes in this book are made in Jewish kitchens all over the UK and beyond!

Best jewish cookbook- but...
This is a great book and I have worn out 2 previous copies- all recipes are fabulous and use 'normal' ingredients, The only 'but' is it is in a white embossed cover!!! Read more
