You're no idiot, of course. You know echinacea can help a runny nose, massage is good for aching back muscles, and yoga can help relax a tired body. But when it comes to reflexology--the practice of healing the body by applying pressure to different parts of the feet--you'd rather just soak your tired dogs in hot water and call it a day. Don't feel so de-feeted just yet! The Complete Idiot's Guide to Reflexology is a fun, easy-to-follow, illustrated guide to massaging your own (and others) feet to treat back pain, headaches, upset stomachs, colds, allergies, stress, depression, and more. This is a very clear, no-nonsense introduction to Reflexology written by an obviously highly experienced practitioner. We think so highly of it we recommend it to our own students. An ideal first book on the subject.

I'm just starting to study for a Diploma in reflexology and have already found this book to be a mine of information. I have found the tear out diagram at the front of the book invaluable! The "foot notes & tread carefully" information boxes contain a wealth of tips that I will refer to again and again. An absolutely brilliant guide to reflexology.

This book was exactly what I needed - I had an interest in learning more about reflexology, and finding accurate and accessible information for my limited knowledge. I am apt to get enthusiastic about new things and then my interest wains, leaving me with lots of expensive books which I never pick up again. This book is perfect as it gets the balance right between information and entertainment and I pick it up again and again!! High praise indeed from a serial faddy!!
