I will still be in a complete and utter MESS if i didn't buy this book, it has lifted so much weight off my shoulders because:
-It gives you EXCELLENT grade A model answers and ways you should structure your essays

i found this book brilliant. It had good detail, enough by far but not too much. It was really suited to exam syllabuses so you dont have to learn loads that is basically background waffle and not useful to Alevel. It clearly shows you what you need to learn to get A01 marks, AO2 marks and A03 marks so you cant go wrong when you get to the exam, you've got everything you need.
Its also got practice questions and answers, and is set out in an easy to read layout with bright colours and pictures, as well as a revision mindmap all ready for you at the end of each section!
I found it perfect basically! I got an A grade :) If you're aiming for A*'s then you may need a little more detail than this book offers, but for the majority of people its got everything.

Brilliant the information is set out in a way where it's easy to pick out the information you want. I have looked through the book school offers (the AQA endorsed one) and the Folens one is much better as the AQA one is paked full of information.

Best revision book!
This book is amazing! throughout the whole year this book has helped me. Not only colourful and loads of pictures but very informative too. Defo worth it!

EXCELLENT BOOK!

this text book i found impossible to revise from, quite hard to read, pretty boring layout and not much detail especially for evaluation. I just do not get on with this book

i think this book is excellent, however i think in each section there should be more synoptic links as this helps with higher level understanding of the issues being debated.

useful
Useful to read over model answers but making own notes was more help. Actual exam questions were fairly similar to those in the book.
