I fell in love with these tasty and fairly easy dishes. We've experimented with a few recipes and they all turned out great. Wonderful choices for entertaining and pot lucks. This book should be found and kept in your cookbook library - a definate asset.

Although not vegetarian ourselves, we cook for vegetarian friends now and then but were running out of ideas and inspiration. Not any more! This book has a range of recipes from the simplest to the more challenging, and unlike some recipe books we have used, the finished product actually looks like it does in the photos. We now use recipes from the book on a regular basis and haven't yet found one that we didn't enjoy.

I have this book now for a while and just found that it is not vegetarian throughout. They use parmesan (not mention to use the substitute). As all seasoned vegetarians know, parmesan is not vegetarian, but new ones might be mislead. I believe the writer is not vegetarian herself (?), but just in the game to make money by following a trend, not out of compassion.
