This is an excellent book. It is well written and very easy to understand. The layout is very good and Dr. Stone's style of writing is very easy going. He has a gift of translating difficult concepts into a language we can all understand. If you are after a book to help you get a handle on life then I can strongly recommend this one. It goes into a great depth on practical spirituality, but at no stage are you left floundering.

Having discovered Joshua Stone's work I daresay say i will go on to read all books by this wonderfully inspiring man! This book will press all your spiritual buttons and it was a joy to read the insightful and wise words within it's pages- he is a true messenger and we are blessed to have his work here on earth to help us on our journey. He writes from the heart, using simple, concise language to describe his deep knowledge and understanding of the times we live in and how best to overcome the difficulties we may experience along the way. I love it!

What drew me to this book was the fact that the title said "complete ascension manual - How to achieve ascension" - for me personally it did not tell me anything about how to achieve ascension, there were not steps to follow, it did not tell me really what is was, why we need it, how, etc. For me personally this book did little to help, but it did make me ask more questions !!??
