My daughter (19 months) loves this book - and so do I. There are lots of rhymes that I'd forgotten about and that I have not seen in any other books, and the illustrations are wonderful and witty. It gives a new interpretation to many old familiar verses. This is probably the only book I have not tired of after repeated readings. The pictures are detailed and busy, so theres always something new to see.

My 3 year old loves this book and never tires of it. She loves hearing the meny different rhymes and looking at all the pictures. She asks for it to be read to her most nights. I like this book because it is packed full of different rhymes so i do not have to get bored reading the same thing every time.
We have had this book for 2 years now and i know we will still be reading it for meny years to come, much better value than meny other books.

My Daughter 3 and a half was bought this book as a baby and has grown up with it. She loves it and can now "read" the entire book to her brother, 20 months. The problem is he doesn't always want her to, so I am ordering a second copy for him to help ease the squabbling. I have never done this over any other toy or book before as I am generally a believer in sharing! The best book we have. It is also good because you can dip in and out of it without reading the whole thing, unlike other stories.
