Badly formatted; zero editing.,

Considering this is touted as an ebook, you would expect that at least the formatting would be good. It isn't. I can only guess that this book is unedited and written by a non-native speaker of English. This I could forgive if the content held its own... But this reads like an outline for a publisher rather than a book; it skips from one sub-chapter to the next with only brief regard for decent content, galloping to the finishing line. Mistakes abound. One amusing error, and the only highlight, tells us "...egg yolks are added and the blend is cooked until tick". A timely typo considering this recipe immediately followed one from the Caribbean. Perhaps this "ebook" is worth 74 pence. I would suggest using that money for your next purchase of chosen coffee product.
