About the Author

I had to buy this as my father made off with my original copy , he was born in China and had a Chinese restaurant in london for years , all those wierd and mysterious ingredients in chinatown shops are explained , fascinating book with good recipes , essential really if you are into authentic Chinese cooking at home .
